2. Keeping your data secure and how we protect your information
Sending information over the internet is not always guaranteed as completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data while it’s in transit. Any data you send is at your own risk.

We have procedures and security features in place to keep your data secure once we receive it. The COFH website uses a Digital Certificate from Comodo. The digital certificate is a form of identification is used to encrypt online data/information. Our secure server software uses the digital certificate to encrypt your credit card number. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code which are then securely transmitted over the internet. We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of the COFH cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

3. Updating your details
If any of the information that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your name, address, telephone number or email address please either email us at info@cofh.org.uk or send a letter to the COFH, 150 Lord Street, Southport, PR9 0NP, UK.

We will contact you in advance of renewal date(s) inviting you to renew your membership/subscription(s).
