The Council is formed of foot health practitioner members, elected by College members. The Council has a representative for each region of the UK (5) and a representative from the Republic of Ireland. The representatives are volunteers and are elected to their position for a period of 2 years.
It is the role of the Council and its representatives to act as a point of contact for feedback, ideas and support of the Colleges’ members. This vital communication acts as the basis for future development of the College of Foot Health and all of it’s members.
The Council hold regular online meetings, CPD sessions and have created what’s app groups to offer additional support. All members are welcome to join and engage with the Council.
Please do reach out and get in contact, no question or situation too small. Your FHP rep’s are all friendly and approachable, they’re FHP’s too!

Helen Rawse – England North & Chair CoFH Council

I live and work in and around Dronfield near Sheffield. I work domiciliary, in a clinic run by a Podiatrist and have my own garden clinic. I qualified with The Institute of Chiropodists and Podiatrists in 2012. I was previously secretary to the Sheffield branch for a number of years and look forward to my new role as England North FHP Council Representative.
Steve Clarke – England South
Steve@cofh.org.uk
Since graduating as a FHP, I have worked hard to further my knowledge and experience in foot care, working alongside Podiatrists and attending multiple CPD courses. This allowed me to achieve my Higher Diploma in foot care.
I have a real passion for foot health and work very hard to provide my patients with the highest level of foot care. It is this passion and drive that has inspired me to stand as a voice for other FHP’s, as well and assist student FHP’s, where possible, on their journey to becoming high quality foot practitioners.

My goal is to raise awareness, provide exceptional care, and advocate for better resources and support for foot health professionals in our region. I am committed to delivering high standards of patient care and being a passionate voice for Foot Health Practitioners.
David Cooper – Wales

I have my own practice serving the local community and I have treated thousands of patients over the years, currently I have over 600 regular patients. I get great satisfaction from my work, nothing is more enjoyable than seeing I have helped someone with their foot discomfort.
